The Science of Persuasion

An important aspect to being able to deliver a quality presentation and demonstration is to do so in a persuasive manner that helps your audience follow you toward the solution you are presenting. Dr. Robert Cialdini has done a lot of work on the topic and offers the 6 Principles of Persuasion. They are:


1. Reciprocity

2. Scarcity

3. Authority

4. Consistency

5. Liking

6. Consensus
